• Where can tickets be purchased? Tickets are limited and may be purchased at participating locations.

• Do friends need a ticket or wristband to ride the bus? Yes. All passengers riding the bus must
  have a valid event ticket and wristband. No exceptions. 

• Can we bring personal coolers, glass bottles, or plastic cups on the bus? No. Personal coolers
  and glass containers are not permitted. Drinks must comply with all event and transportation
  guidelines. 

• Is smoking or vaping allowed on the bus? No. Smoking and vaping are notpermittedat any
  time. 

• What time does the event start and end? Event start and end times will be communicated prior
  to the event. Please arrive early to ensure timely transportation. 

• Will the bus wait for groups if they get separated? No. Buses operateon a strict schedule and
  cannot wait for individuals or groups not present at departure time. 

• What happens if I miss my bus? Transportation may not be guaranteed. Please arrive on time
  at all pickup locations. 

• Are food and drinks allowed on the bus? Restrictions may apply depending on the bus provider.
  Follow all posted guidelines and driver instructions. 

• Will the bus drop me off at another location ifI’vehad too much to drink? No. Buses only stop at
  designated pickup and drop-off locations. 

• Can we bring a Bluetooth speaker? No. Personal Bluetooth speakers are not permitted. Music
  is controlled by the driver or event staff. 

• Where can we look for lost and found items? Lost and found items can be turned in to or
  claimed from event staff. Details will be shared during the event. 

• How long will it take to complete the trip around the lake? Travel time varies based on weather,
  traffic, and event flow. Estimated ride times will be communicated prior to the event.
